A new 360,000 case per year facility (80,000 square feet) including crushing, pressing, fermenting, cooperage, lab, shop and offices. The second phase (40,000 square feet) includes bottling, carton assembly additional barrel storage and hospitality areas. Site work includes scale, sugar testing areas, process and sanitary waste systems and entry road.
