A renovation and expansion of an existing 150,000 case per year facility, including crushing, pressing, fermenting, cooperage, bottling, warehousing, offices, public tasting, sales, self-guided tour, banquet room and kitchen. Site work includes landscaping, scale and sugar testing building, and roadwork. Master plan, full architectural services, use permit assistance for three phases of expansion, preparation of a new master plan for future expansion of the facility through the year 2005.
